Skillsdox Inc. BetterU is based in Ottawa, was founded by Bradley Loiselle.Since selling his last business in 2011, he has worked to establish Skillsdox and their online educational marketplace in India, betterU.in.
Skillsdox has a strategic relationship with Bennet Coleman & Co. Ltd (Times Group of India) to market Skillsdox/betterU.inthroughout India.This relationship will evolve into Times of India owning up to 50% of Skillsdox India Private Ltd..Times Group has provided $30 million media spend to Skillsdox to earn into Skillsdox India equity.A full spend of $30 million will result in Times of India owning 50% of Skillsdox India Private Ltd.
Brad Loiselle’ vision of building out this Indian based online educational network which will address over 250 million students and over 600 million English speaking people in India.
They also have recently added the following partnerships: a signed agreement with Skillsoft to join Skillsdox marketplace betterU.in, Skillsoft is one of the world’s largest online educators with over 400 million global users, Lab in App, a niche offering for K-12 and lab simulations for Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Genext Students another K – 12 courses and tutors online provider and California Intercontinental University for graduate certificate and associate degree programs.
Skillsdox have also signed NBA player Satnam Singh Bhamara to a 12 month agreement to be a spokesperson for betterU’s educational market place.Satnam was the first Indian basketball player to be drafted into the NBA by the Dallas Mavericks in 2015.He is 7’2”, 290 lbs and plays center position.Brad saw Satnam’s story on Netflix in a Dec.6.2016 documentary about his life long struggle to learn English and get educated.Satnam is offering his support to Skillsdox free for the term of this contract.
